Inventor of the Strum Perfect and Principal Investigator for the Theraplaying Program. Over 3 decades of experience in delivering over 90,000 private lessons, former Team USA athlete, and certified in Human Research Studies/Biomedical Research with the University of Miami.

Wes Keely / COO

Wes brings a rare blend of innovation, design leadership, and entrepreneurial vision to Theraplaying. With more than 20 years of experience building ventures and bringing new ideas to market, he specializes in creating human-centered products, experiences, and scalable solutions that drive meaningful impact. A patent holder, adjunct design instructor, and former healthcare innovation leader, Wes spent eight years designing and launching medical innovations for a national health system, helping translate bold ideas into real-world outcomes.

CASEY HAYES / CD

Casey brings deep clinical expertise in neurological rehabilitation and occupational therapy to Theraplaying. As a neuro-focused occupational therapist and private practice owner, he has advanced training in neurological recovery and clinical program development across diverse care settings. A Summa Cum Laude graduate, he has contributed to research at the Rehab Hospital of the Pacific in Honolulu, presented at the Occupational Therapy Association of California State Conference, and trained in high-acuity neuro rehabilitation environments utilizing advanced technologies.

CHRISTINE BAKER / CFO

Christine brings deep financial expertise and strategic oversight to Theraplaying. With a strong background in financial planning, operations, and scaling early-stage ventures, she ensures fiscal discipline while positioning the company for sustainable growth. Christine leads budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations, providing the financial clarity and accountability needed to drive impact and expansion.
